Stončica Lighthouse

Stončica holds a unique sight especially when viewed from the seaside – the amazing lighthouse of Stončica. The lighthouse was built at the north-eastern promontory of the island of Vis and it’s famous for its very long tradition of active lightkeepers that still daily tend for this unique lighthouse complex.

Military Tunnels on Vis Island

One of the most attractive secrets of Dalmatia are military tunnels on the island of Vis, built and used as an important military base during the WW2 with approximately 20 km of underground tunnels, caves, mines and storage facilities which have recently been turned into one of the most attractive visit points on Vis Island.
