Enjoy Split j.d.o.o The Tourist Agency notifies its users about the way of doing business, handling and processing of their clients' data.

Customer is considered a person who has requested service, offer, information service provided by ENJOY SPLIT or partners providing these services in conjunction with ENJOY SPLIT.

 IMPROVEMENT AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

- ENJOY SPLIT collects personal information of its clients solely for the needs of a specific service / travel and can not be used for other purposes.

- ENJOY SPLIT collects personal information through the web site www.enjoysplit.hr, and the online booking solution software, via the email address used by the mentioned website, through direct sales and communication with the client. Directly collecting personal data and via the internet we try to protect it through software information solutions that provide personal data protection. Our employees are also familiar with the provisions on personal data protection and are therefore required to deal with it.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PERSONALIZATION

ENJOY SPLIT transfers personal information to its clients only to the institutions legally required by it and to its partners who cooperate in the realization of the service / travel that the client has ordered with us. Our partners are also familiar with the provision on personal data protection and are obliged to act accordingly.

 ENJOY SPLIT collects only the information required to perform a service that the client has requested or ordered from us and in accordance with the legal regulations. The data we collect are: name and surname, date of birth for child or senior discounts, phone number and email address for contact, location, sex, citizenship, passport number or other personal document when organizing state border crossings and obtaining visas for our clients.
