Spring of Cetina river bike tour near Split is an excellent, demanding route for fit and well-prepared amateur cyclists. The route is completely marked, and several attractive locations along the route have wooden tables and benches where cyclists, as well as hikers, can stop for rest and relaxation.
Description:
Bicycle tour spring of Cetina river near Split starts in Sinj. The asphalt road leads us across river Cetina towards Peruća lake. The ride continues over the macadam road through intact areas, through the foothills of beautiful Dinara mountain, and to The Church of the Holy Salvation from 9 ͭ ͪ century AD.
After a short descent, we will reach the spring of the Cetina river where we will relax and have lunch in beautiful nature.
Later on, we head back towards Peruća lake where we can take a swim, and then we return to the Sinj using the same route. This tour includes marvelous views, but it's not an easy one as there are many kilometers to cross (approximately 80 kilometers).
