Day 1 - Kayak safari
After leaving Zagreb with a short stop, the first stop is Rastoke. After you receive the safety equipment and brief instructions from our guides, we sit in kayak boats and set off to explore the hidden beauties of the Mrežnica River.
The adventure takes us through the beautiful canyons of the river Mrežnica, and there is no inhabited place in its entire course. In this part of the river there are over ten waterfalls, all of which are crossed by kayak, except for one, 8 meters high, which provides us with a dose of adrenaline and unforgettable fun.
After the trip, a rich lunch awaits you in the restaurant "Rastoke"! Next is a drive to the accommodation in Rizvan city near the town of Gospić, in a small typically Lika village Rizvanuša which is located in the Velebit Nature Park.
Day 2 - Hiking
After a delicious homemade Lika breakfast, we set off on a half-day hiking trip along the slopes of Velebit. We climb to the top of Visocica (1615m).
Thanks to its position, it is one of the most beautiful lookouts on the entire Velebit. The views from the top are unobstructed in all directions, especially the one on Gospić, as well as on the peaks of the Middle and South Velebit. Beautiful landscapes, untouched nature and fresh air for a beautiful day in nature. Tired of hiking, we return to Lika dinner. We are recharging our batteries for a new day and a new adventure.
Day 3 - Adrenaline Park
After the traditional Lika breakfast, we head to the Cerovac Caves, which are located in the southern part of the Velebit Nature Park, among the most famous and most important speleological objects in Croatia. , zip line, artificial rock climbing, archery and giant swing).
The rest of the day is reserved for a holiday by the pool or free time of your choice, after which a rich dinner awaits us. Sleep and rest for a new day and a new adventure.
Day 4 - Quad safari
Rested and asleep, we pack up and head towards the Gacka valley, our last adventure is the Quad safari “hidden treasures of Gacka. Quad riding in the Gacka valley and the Velebit hills is one of the best tourist - cultural - landscape - historical adventures in Croatia. Apart from driving on various roads (macadam, field road, forest road and asphalt), the adventure also includes tours of the most attractive locations in this part of Croatia. After the ride we enjoy one of the most delicious pizzas in Lika and beyond.
Full of new experiences, full and happy, we sit in the van, followed by a drive to Zagreb. Return in the evening.
Accommodation
Eco camp "Rizvan City" is located in the small Lika village Rizvanuša in the heart of the most beautiful landscapes in Croatia. The camp is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located at the foot of the mountain Velebit.
There are six wooden bungalows in the camp, each with three beds. The bathroom is brand new and equipped with four separate showers and four toilets.
Grandpa Martin's house is the epitome of simplicity and preservation of Lika's heritage in order to provide you with comfortable and authentic accommodation. The view from the house is breathtaking - in front of you shoots the magnificent Velebit, the mythical Croatian mountain that attracts nature lovers and active vacations.
According to your wishes, it is possible to choose accommodation between wooden bungalows or the house of Grandpa Martin.
Food
We also made sure that you don't stay hungry on our tours! With a rich traditional Lika breakfast (homemade škripavac cheese, dried sausages and bacon, fresh tomatoes, bread) we will be filled with energy for the coming day full of adventure.
Our van is equipped with a small kitchen that perfectly serves us to prepare snacks on our excursions during the day.
At the end of the day, depending on the duration of the activity, a traditional Lika lunch / dinner follows (mixed meat / veal under the baking lid, potatoes, bread, salad, Lika strudel dessert).
