Hiking adventures near Split (Croatia - 3 days / 2 nights)
For this our adventure we have scheduled an early check-in at the hotel.
The first tour day, we’ll head on our hiking adventure to the highest peak of the mountain Kamešnica on the Croatian side.
The ascent takes about 2 hours of easy hiking. The hiking trail leads uphill along to the drinking water springs that are located halfway up the peak; they are close to each other and never dry out.
This part of the climb is very pleasant for walking as it, for the most part, goes through the shade given by high macchia, which is a great relief in hot days. In the continuation of the ascent, the hiking trail leads us over the ridge which presents gorgeous views, and in less than an hour, we will reach the summit. There we will take a rest and have lunch/brunch.
After the tour, we will return to hotel and you’ll have the rest of the day off and dinner in the hotel.
The following morning after breakfast, we’ll start our adventure to the Dinara Mountain. The trail gives the view of the Velika Duvjakuša peak covered with a juniper that stands out from the rest of the grassy plateau and surrounding peaks. Generally, it can be said that this climb is one of the more enjoyable; although it has a relatively high altitude difference, it is not strenuous or tiring, so it remains in a very good memory for the mountaineer.
The views from this section of the climb are not obstructed and are very nice.
Upon the return to the hotel, as the first day, you will have the rest of the day for yourselves and dinner in the hotel.
The third morning you have breakfast and check out.
(You can decide if you would prefer to spend rather the fist or third day on an adventure or just
sightseeing around the town).
