Jeep safari Dalmatian hinterland from Split is a ride on the jeeps Toyota Land Cruiser (air-conditioned, leather seats, panoramic roof) through the natural beauty of Central Dalmatia over macadam and paved roads. Jeeps will take you to places that look impersonal, on the sight that tells the stories, the stories that become memories ... and the wonderful memories.
Driving in jeeps we will go through a number of beautiful, untouched and unknown parts of the Dalmatian hinterland. You will be acquainted with the Dinaric Alps (Dinara Mountains, Svilaj and Kamesnica), the beauty and pittance of the Cetina River, the beautiful bay of Peruca Lake, and the springs of the karst beauties of the River Cetina. In the mountains and their valleys, we may also encounter pastors with their home animals where the mountain is always home to discover the beauty and weight of life on the mountain.
The Dalmatian hinterland is famous for the city of Sinj and the Alkar Knights, which with the help of the Miraculous Lady of Sinj were opposed to the Turkish invasion in 1715. The knighthood of Alka has been honored in the battle for 300 years. On November 15, 2010, the Sinj Alka was enrolled in UNESCO's list of non-material heritage in Europe.
In accordance with your request we can combine our other services with a jeep safari to make your Dalmatian hinterland experience even more complete.
This jeep safari tour includes pick up from your accommodation, visit of Sinj and Kamicak fortress, Jeep exploring of Cetina River Canyon, plateau Vrdovo, highest mountain in Croatia - Dinara, Dabar bay, Peruca lake, abandoned villages, traditional croatian meal and one drink per person.
Transfer back to your accommodation as well as full resolution photos of the tour are included.
